摘要 伴随智能电网的开拓建设,柔性直流输电技术从研究走向具体工程应用。模块化多电平换流器(MMC)技术是柔直输电的最先进核心技术。研究并开发一种基于IEGT的MMC子模块,设计其拓扑结构,并对关键部件IEGT、直流电容器、二极管、放电电阻等进行器件选型。对MMC子模块进行多种功能试验,选取换流试验及热稳定试验进行分析。通过换流试验优化电路设计,通过热试验测量功率模块的载流能力及散热性能。试验结果表明IEGT-MMC子模块设计合理,能满足各种常见工况下的持续稳定运行。

Abstract:With the development of the smart grid construction, flexible HVDC technology is from researching to the engineering application. Modular multilevel converter (MMC) technology is the most advanced technology for flexible HVDC. MMC module based on IEGT is researched and development. Its topology structure is designed. The parameters of key components as IEGT, DC capacitor, diode and discharge resistance are chose. A variety of function test is made for MMC module. Converter test and thermal stability test are select to analyze. The optimized for circuit design is changed by converter test. The current-carrying capacity of power module is measured through thermal test. Experimental results show that IEGT-MMC module design is reasonable. And it can satisfy all kinds of continuous and stable operation for common conditions.
