远方投退重合闸方案策略研究

摘要 远方投退重合闸有两种方案,一种方案是建立远方改定值主站系统,通过远方修改软压板控制字来实现,第二种方案是对现场重合闸回路进行简单改造,利用调度EMS遥控功能来实现远方投退重合闸。两种方案在工程实践中各有应用,分别介绍两种方案的实现原理,比较两种方案优缺点,阐明在电网中的规划设计策略。

Abstract:To remotely open/close reclosing,one scheme is to establish the master station system of remote setting modification, achieving by modifying the jumper control word.The other scheme is to reform the reclosing circuit, achieving by the remote control of EMS. Every scheme has been put into use in engineering practice.For these two schemes,this paper introduces the implementation principle respectively,compares advantages and disadvantages and elucidates the design strategies in the grid.
