Exploration on the Method of Service Registry for Disaster Recovery in OS2

Abstract:Combining with the working practice, and considering the secure and efficient operation fully during the establishment of the integrated grid operation smart system in China Southern Power Grid. As there are so many application services of SOA architecture, which scatter in different areas and different systems of the grid. In the integrated grid operation smart system of the grid, provincial and regional grid, in order to make the most of the SOA architecture’s advantage, and to make the services easier to be queried and called. This paper gives a method of disaster recovery of service registry: achieving the management of the services registry, query, binding and so on in China Southern Power Grid by building hierarchical and distributed service registry center, and this make the service registry information can be disaster recovery by distributed registry and called efficiently in the whole power grid. This method can implement the query and call of the application services expediently and efficiently, and reduce the problem of bottlenecks and the difficulty of information maintenance, and so on. As the services information recorded of the service registry center of the local, LAN and WAN have the characteristic of real-time, high-effective and safety, which improve the availability and the disaster response capacity of the application services which build on the SOA architecture.
