Abstract:In order to let the passengers can use more comfortable, safer, more environmentally friendly elevator, the study of the elevator is very necessary. PLC control overcomes many disadvantages of relay control, it has easy programming, good flexibility, good extension performance, strong anti-interference ability, etc. This paper studies the seven layers of elevator's PLC control system, the main idea is the use of PLC logical switch control function, through the PLC to control the elevator doors and floor display, car inside and outside the hall call registration with elimination, directional, overload alarm and start acceleration and braking parking module. These all need to through the analysis of the performance requirements of the elevator to determine the input and output, then choose the appropriate models of PLC,and distribute the I/O port, as the earlier describe about module function can draw the corresponding ladder diagram. Finally, debugging and simulation of the procedures involved. achieved the purpose of controlling an elevator system based on PLC.
