Abstract:One Cycle Control technology is a new non-linear strategy.Comparing with traditional control strategies, it has quicker response, easy to implement and more robust and it’s has been widely applied in power electronics. This paper presents a single-phase APFC converter based on Boost topology using OCC. The principle of OCC is analyzed and the main elements in circuit are calculated. The proposed APFC converter has been validated in simulation and experiments. The results show that it can optimize the input current harmonics, improve the power factor and control the output voltage.
