The Realization and Analyze of Permanent Magnet Intelligent AC Contactor with Electromagnetic Controllable Force which Could Guarantee the Outage Opening

Abstract:According to the principle of permanent magnet that the homopolar magnetic field's repulsion and the heteropolar magnetic field's attraction, and the very high accumulation of magnetic energy and coercivity of the NdFeB permanent magnet, this paper puts forward a design scheme of the new type of permanent magnet intelligent ac contactor which could guarantee the outage opening with electromagnetic controllable force, test and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the contactor. The analysis results showed that the contacts of this new type permanent magnet intelligent ac contactor can normally keep open in outrages, it can also realize fast closing and opening.
