Abstract:Due to the characteristics of random and intermittent, large scale new energy (wind power and photo-voltaic power) generation has impact on the power grid operation. High precision of the new energy power generation forecasting will be useful to improve consumption level of the new energy power, and be conducive to the observing and controlling of the new energy power. From engineering practice, it is found that some reasons lead the decline of power forecasting accuracy, such as communication interruption, data collection errors, power restriction, the capacity change and maintenance. This paper analyzes the problem from the data flow of the system, and optimizes the design and testing process. The method is used in engineering practice.
