Abstract:Motor performance is one of the key factors affecting compressor performance. This paper mainly introduces the compositions of core loss of the compressor's motor and its influence factors. Then it compares and analyzes the core loss test of stator core before and after annealing. Finally, according to the results about the idling core loss test and the performance test of the inverter compressor motor, the application scope of electrical steel is obtained and reduced process cost for the reference for the motor design.
