Abstract:The DC-DC converter technology is one of the key technologies of the electric vehicle charging station, which has been widely studied. In this paper, a full bridge DC converter based on LLC resonant converter is introduced, the resonant frequency of the full bridge resonant circuit charger is analyzed, the conditions for realizing the ZVS and ZCS are studied, and the selection of the resonant inductor and the selection of the MOSFET capacitance is introduced. The parameter design of the main transformer and the influence of the parameters of the main components. The DC-DC charger module is designed according to the national standard. The test results are carried out and the experimental results are analyzed.
