Abstract:In the context of developing low-carbon economy, a power system economic dispatch model based on carbon trading is proposed in this paper. First, Based on the initial allocation of carbon quota, the thermal power unit is added to the compensation quota, and the carbon trading price is stepped, and the influence of carbon trading on the output power and carbon emissions of the system is analyzed. Finally, take carbon trading costs, stopped and start-up costs and operating cost of system as the objective function in the power balance constraint, upper and lower bounds sets, and spinning reserve capacity constraints, and the genetic algorithm is adopted to calculate case system in different mode. The results of case verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed model.
