Abstract：Based on the description of the structure and working principle of the spring energy-storage mecha-nism, this paper analyzes a repeated breaking and closing event of the circuit breaker, and reveals the root cause of the circuit breaker breaking and closing repeatedly. This paper proposes a corresponding solution to prevent the repeated breaking and closing of circuit breaker from impacting the power grid.
