Abstract:Nowadays, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies are drastically changing people's lifestyles and work pattern. To build the image of “Sincerity and Communication”, customer service needs to adapt to the current situation of information and communication development. It should promote the business cooperation mechanism and enhance the customer service work coordination capability internally. Meanwhile, it should provide efficient and various self-service to broaden service channels and reduce human pressure to the outside world. Big data technology can provide data and technical support for the business development of customer service system. Artificial intelligence technology can realize intelligent voice quality inspection system. Thus, the use of new technologies can reduce the labor cost of customer service system and improve the efficiency of service supervision and management.
