Abstract:By analyzing the electromagnetic environment of on-line monitoring device, the importance and necessity of studying electro magnetic compatibility (EMC) test are obtained. Combined with the specific prototype products, through the analysis of the composition and interference mechanism of the prototype, the specific test items and test requirements are obtained. Combined with the construction of the test circuit, the specific test is completed. Aiming at the problem of electric fast pulse group interference in the test, a rectification method is proposed: signal cable adopts shielding cable, signal port to increase TVS tube, common-mode inductance and common-mode capacitance. The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the anti-jamming ability of the fast electric pulse group.
