Abstract:In this paper, the finite element simulation analysis of the insulation frame under the above conditions is carried out by establishing an analysis model of the high-voltage parallel assembled capacitor insulation frame under various load conditions in hoisting and transportation based on Abaqus. Finally, according to the results of finite element simulation, the maximum stress values of the components of the insulation frame under various working conditions are lower than the material strength limit, which meets the design requirements of the collective capacitor. According to the above simulation model, the physical frame of the insulation frame is designed. Through the simple physical lifting test and other type tests, the strength of the insulation frame is verified to meet the requirements of the product. At the same time, the credibility of the simulation results is verified. The design and verification methods can be used for the development of subsequent similar products.
