Abstract:In view of the fracture failure of the hoop of the power grid iron accessories, firstly, the fracture origin is preliminarily determined by observing the micro morphology of the fracture. Secondly, the fracture failure of the hoop of the power grid is detected by non-destructive testing, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination and other methods. The result shows that with the increase of Zn content, its stress corrosion sensitivity increases, and at the same time, it acts on the external force in the process of running and using the hoop, the internal stress of the fracture surface increases significantly in the local scope due to the change of the external dimension, forming the stress concentration, leading to the hoop fracture under the combined action of the above comprehensive factors. Finally, combined with the failure analysis, the relevant preventive measures and suggestions are put forward.
