Abstract:In order to solve the problems of teleindication mismatch, telemetry over limit, remote control dislocation, which may seriously affect the running of electric network dispatching system in the process of transformation or upgrading, this paper designs and implements a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system based on port mirroring. It mirrors the communication messages in the production system to the transforming or upgrading system to realize simulation acquisition, teleindication and telemetry signal verification, remote control simulation and other functions. Engineering practice shows that this method reduces the risk of electric network dispatching automation system in the process of transformation or upgrading and provides a strong guarantee for the stable running of power grid.
