摘要 通过对一起500kV高压开关设备跳闸故障开展解体分析,确认故障原因是由于其隔离开关绝缘拉杆的内部缺陷在运行过程中不断劣化,导致绝缘拉杆发生沿面闪络。随后在重合闸过程中,绝缘拉杆击穿产物同动触头屏蔽罩掉落在水平盆式绝缘子表面,导致绝缘子发生沿面闪络后在强送的过程中被击穿。针对上述情况提出生产工艺改进建议,提升设备可靠性。

Abstract:Through the analysis of disintegration a tripping fault of the 500kV hybrid gas insulated switchgear, confirmed the cause of fault is due to internal defects of disconnecting switch's insulating tension pole. The internal defects gradually deteriorated in the operating process, and the flashover happened. Then in process of reclosing, thebreakdown products and shielded cap of moving contact dropped on the level basin insulation, it caused the flashover of insulator, later the isolator broke down. In all these cases, we put forward recommendations to improve device reliability.
