Abstract:With the improvement of social demand for the reliability of power supply, the distribution loop switches are mostly in hot standby state, which can improve the resumption efficiency quickly in case of line failure tripping. However, many misoperation incidents of loop switches leading to long-term loop closing operation happen in non-fault and non-manual operation circumstances, which increases the risk of equipment operation and dispatching operation, and also seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the power grid. To monitor the misoperation of automated distribution loop switches and non-automated distribution loop switches, correct the misoperation of loop closing in distribution network quickly, this paper improves the identification methods of the relation in network of the distribution automation system, and puts forward an algorithm about how to detect the loop switch misoperation and correct the misoperation adaptively. It achieves the detection of loop switch misoperation and locates the best point to unlock the loop closing network by distribution automation system. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified through tests, which can avoid the hidden danger and misoperation risk of power grid caused by long-term loop closing effectively, and promote the level of dynamic anti-misoperation technology and power grid security control.
