Abstract:The charging mode combining conventional charging pile and rapid charging station is determined for electric private cars. Considering the spatial agglomeration characteristics of charging, the planning research of conventional charging piles is carried out with the integration of distribution network node theory. For the fast charging station, the sensitivity of charging demand is analyzed, and the charging demand is calculated by using statistical theory, fuzzy theory and Monte Carlo simulation method. The concept of reliable service rate is proposed, and the comprehensive cost optimal model is constructed, which takes into account the economic cost, service capability and user convenience of charging stations. Genetic algorithm and weighted Voronoi diagram are used to solve the model. Finally, the planning of charging station in an urban planning area is illustrated.
