摘要 预防变压器故障是重要技术难题,特别是预防变压器重瓦斯故障。变压器内部故障可以通过分析变压器油中溶解气体组分来判断。本文利用三比值法分析一台110kV变压器故障,判断故障原因并提出相应对策,避免了故障扩大化;分析一台220kV变压器重瓦斯故障原因,揭示了绝缘设计裕度不足及大修不彻底留下的安全隐患。本文分析过程可为油浸式变压器故障诊断提供参考。

Abstract:Preventing transformer failures is an important technical challenge, especially to prevent heavy gas faults in transformers. Internal faults in transformers can be determined by analyzing the dissolved gas components in transformer oil. This paper uses the three ratio method to analyze the fault of a 110kV transformer, accurately determines the cause of the malfunction and proposes relevant counter measures, avoiding fault escalation. The cause of a heavy gas fault in a 220kV transformer is analyzed, and the safety hazards left by insufficient insulation design margin and incomplete major repairs are revealed. It can be used as a reference case for fault diagnosis of oil immersed transformers.
