Abstract:With the development of flexible DC technology in China, the installed capacity of offshore wind power continues to increase. The offshore flexible DC transmission voltage has reached ±400kV, marking the first application of offshore converter station successful. By studying the tests of the ±400kV flexible DC transmission demonstration project for wind power in Rudong, Jiangsu, the testing method for the offshore converter station system is proposed to lay a technical foundation for the subsequent application of offshore wind DC transmission projects.
