Abstract：When transformer accident happens, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive analysis on all test and inspection data obtained after accident through correct theory and method and according to accident phenomena and result, in order to grasp principal contradiction and find where the key is. If possible, comparison between data and record of test and inspection before accident and that of after accident should be done so as to correctly judge and describe accident state and result, which has directive function and meaning for developing maintenance plan according to the actual case and for summary that can be used for reference in future.
