Abstract：With the rapid development of economy, the rural power grids in a constant upgrade. To protect the modification process ZhongNongWang running stability, need to use standardized, scientific project management methods. This paper will present rural electric engineering management management concept, management content, existing problems and so on are briefly overview, and then based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model system to retrofit and site to site project management operation, the importance of the last part is the empirical. The purpose of the article is to guide the next step of retrofit.
