Abstract:The security of electric power operation, that is very important to the people's livelihood. The power equipment is whether meets “five-anti” interlocking functions requirements counts for much. This paper briefly analyzes “five-anti” interlocking functions for electrical and mechanical shutting of various solutions of metal clad closed remove type switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear), and makes a set of prevent misoperation interlocking functions scheme that is reasonable and safe. This scheme ensures the safety of electric power operation of the switchgear, not only meet “five-anti” interlocking functions requirements, but it is the effectively preventive to sudden power failure and sudden power transmission and to preventive wrong operation and safety hazards. This article analyze grounding trolley in the switchgear for transformer substation, and makes a set of reasonable and safe of preventive misoperation shutting scheme to two kinds of grounding trolley, that is bus bar grounding trolley (up grounding trolley of the PT switchgear ) and incoming the line grounding trolley ( down grounding trolley of incoming line switchgear), and improve the safety of electric power operation for the condition of sudden power failure and sudden power transmission is also effectively shutting.
