Analysis and Treatment of Generator Stator Core Loose Cause

Abstract:The stator core is a core component of the generator, in the process of manufacture, operation and maintenance, will inevitably arise due to punchinglocal short circuit or insulation damage, resulting in core local hot spots because of the surface of the core pieces of stator core core surface caused by external force. In this paper, a generator to core fault analysis and processing examples on core loose electrolytic treatment measures of the surface of the core insert, phosphate, iron core quality of two kinds of practical detection method for detecting infrared imaging method and ELCID are summarized and introduced in detail.
