Design of Detection Device for Vibration Monitoring System of Transformer

Abstract:The vibration signals of transformer oil tank reflect the running condition of the core and winding, the accuracy and validity of vibration signals are important parts for vibration monitoring system of transformer. A detection device was designed to detect the accuracy and validity of vibration signals from the vibration monitoring system of transformer, the device could simulate the real vibration signals of power transformer by using the DDS technology, and get the detection results by comparing the output of the vibration monitoring system of transformer and the measurement results of standard vibration signal. The detection device could be used in the laboratory research and development of transformer vibration monitoring system and pre-install performance testing.
