Abstract:In this paper, we analyze the reasons of the error caused by the photoelectric encoder in the vibration and interference. And combined with the disadvantages of the traditional photoelectric encoder anti vibration and anti interference circuit, the design scheme of the circuit is put forward. In this paper, 6 kinds of typical interference caused by the interference of the photoelectric encoder in the mechanical vibration and the electromagnetic interference are simulated. The reason of the interference is analyzed and the final solution is put forward. Firstly, the input signal is sampled and processed by the software, and the pulse of the predetermined width is met. and the predetermined width can be set according to the software. In order to achieve the purpose of removing electromagnetic interference. Through the analysis of A, B phase waveform obtained reasonable logic: positive counting pulse =A↓∩B. reverse counting pulse=↓∩B.
