摘要 随着风电场大量接入系统,风电场的稳定运行已经密切影响系统网络运行的安全性。以某风电场系统为例,分析了接地故障发生后相关设备的零序网络,针对接地变速断值的选取、过流保护与零序过流保护间可能失配引起的保护误动,提出了优化方案,风电场的安全稳定运行表明该方案的可靠性。

Abstract:Along with the increasing proportion of wind power capacity in the grid, the grid power security is closely related to the stable operation of wind power. Based on a case of wind power system, this paper analyzes the zero sequence network when a single-phase grounding fault occurs to the power. The optimizing scheme is suggested to the two questions: one problem is how to configure the quick-breaking value, and another one is that mismatching of the over current protection an the zero sequence current leads to the malfunction. The safe and stable operation of the wind power system suggests that the scheme is feasible.
