Abstract：Substation construction cross is a professional and comprehensive work, substation construction management is a follow-up to "more power, for the better" guarantee and rely on electric power construction enterprise a reasonable profit. Article from the safety, quality, progress and cost on how to improve the construction of substation management including parsing, with a focus on using earned value method, critical path method, methods of hazard identification, illustrated and supported by some examples. Article the methodology in the construction of many power construction project by the application and the effect is good, so it can be further promoted.
