Abstract：In view of the safety evaluation is with fuzzy and stochastic properties, the article proposes the cloud model theory as the frame work for safety assessment of electricity production. First, the article co-ordinate the establishment of evaluation index system, and uses a combination of subjective and objective methods to assign index weight; then analyzes the quantitative model of the security status of electricity production as the main cloud model, introduced extenics matter element theory, uncertain environment; and finally accompanied by numerical example.
