Abstract：With the development of the smart distribution network, there will appear the tremendous and scattered distributed generations, as well as the demand resources will participate in the optimal grid operation extensively and actively. With the launching of the new round of electric power reform, the impacts of the distributed generations and demand resources shall be taken into account when planning the annual operation mode of the smart distribution network in China. Thus the planning principles for annual operation mode of the smart distribution network are formed, and then a comprehensive evaluation index system is proposed.
