摘要 本文介绍了一种新型双牙嵌式电磁离合器安装结构及其控制技术,通过选型设计、有限元分析及万次寿命试验证明:采用双牙嵌式电磁离合器作为分离传动元件,可以解决大扭矩、快速分合电动机构的剩余动能带来的冲击。在回路中设计延时继电器满足了双牙嵌式离合器的同步吸合要求;设计微动开关元件既实现了离合器可靠分离,又消除了人为误操作事件的发生。

Abstract:In this paper, a new double tooth type electromagnetic clutch installed structure and its control technology, through the selection of design, finite element analysis, and ten thousand times life test proved that using double tooth type electromagnetic clutch as separate transmission components can solve large torque, quick points electric mechanism of the impact of the residual kinetic energy. In circuit design delay relay to satisfy the double tooth clutch of synchronization and requirements; Design of micro switch element is to separate the clutch is reliable and eliminates the events of the man-made wrong operation.
