摘要 现有的电能质量监测装置普遍存在着通用性差、兼容性差以及升级困难等问题。本文介绍了一种基于IEC 61850的智能化电能质量监测装置。装置兼容数字采样和模拟采样,将功能进行分布式实现,通过高速数据总线进行插件间数据的实时交换,应用功能模块化、标准化以及可重用化设计,并采用管理程序保证多块板卡高效、有序地工作。旋转向量法提高了频率计算的精度,基于硬件加速器的优化FFT算法保证了大规模数据处理的实时性,改进小波去噪算法有效地消除了噪声干扰。实践证明,装置满足了数字化、智能化电网背景下对电能质量监测装置的新需求。

Abstract:The existing power quality monitoring devices are poor in versatility and compatibility, and are hard to upgrade. This article describes a intelligent power quality monitoring device based on IEC 61850. The device is compatible with digital and analog sampling,and achieves functions dispersedly. The device uses high-speed data bus for real-time data exchange between the plug-ins, and application functions are modularly, standardized and reusable, and management procedure is used to ensure that multiple boards work efficiently and orderly. The rotation vector method to improve the measurement accuracy of the frequency,and the optimized FFT algorithm based on hardware accelerator to ensure real-time large-scale data processing, and the improved wavelet denoising algorithm eliminates noise affect Effectively. Practice has proved that, the device meets the new demand for power quality monitoring in the context of digital and smart grid.
