Abstract：This paper introduces 10kV line of distribution network arised single-phase grounding, but phase voltage showed normal which was 6.0kV,only zero sequence voltage give an alarm, by the event’s analysis ,the writer discovered this distribution network’s voltage transformer which is 4PT mode of connection has fault , and the writer put forward improve methods specific to this fault.
