摘要 对输电线路掉线部分故障的统计数据表明,金具损伤是造成高压架空输电线路掉线的主要原因。针对某地使用预绞式耐张金具的典型高压架空输电线路,用Flir红外热像仪观测到预绞丝存在发热情况。为了研究集肤效应对预绞丝发热现象的影响,本文运用ANSYS有限元软件仿真预交丝的磁场及电流密度分布云图,进行数据处理分析。最后,结合典型案例,将仿真结果和观测数据对比发现,预绞丝的绝缘涂层被破坏后,集肤效应对预交丝故障的影响不容忽视,会使预绞丝被拉长,出现缩颈而最终断裂。本文研究成果可以运用到运行状态的预绞丝耐张金具探伤当中,避免由集肤效应引起的掉线事故,保证线路的可靠连接,提高电网运行的稳定性。

Abstract:The statistical data of the failure of the transmission line fault shows that the damage is the main reason for the drop line of high voltage overhead transmission line. A typical high-voltage overhead transmission line was selected to use the preset type of the preset type, which was used for the observation and analysis of the heating condition of the preheating wire by Flir infrared thermograph. In order to study the effect of the skin effect on the heating phenomenon of precast wire, the ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the magnetic field and current density distribution cloud map of the precast wire, and the data processing and analysis were carried out. Finally, combined with the typical cases, compare the simulation results and observation data this paper verified the skin effect can make accepting the silk fever and should not be ignored, when large calorific value, by pulling force more than material under the temperature after the yield point, the hinge is stretched, necking and final fracture. Research results can be applied to forecast in the running state of the hinge of gold has the flaw detection, avoid accidents caused by skin effect drops, ensure reliable connection, improve the stability of power grid operation.
