Abstract:Pumping unit is the most energy-consuming equipment in the oilfield, accounting for about 40% of the total electric load of the oilfield. The load parameters of the pumping unit vary greatly, resulting in a huge waste of electric energy. In order to reduce energy consumption, it is particularly important to speed regulation and energy saving transformation of pumping units. In view of the characteristics of small power, large number of pumping units, intermittent power generation of motors and high requirement for control performance, this paper adopts common DC bus, individually configuring inverters, balancing power demand and energy feedback among motors, and adopts speed vector control algorithm to stabilize potential load rise and fall, thus saving energy. The motor runs smoothly at the same time of electric energy.
