摘要 随着国家对节能环保要求的进一步提高,越来越多的火电厂已经将引风机及凝结水泵等大功率重要辅机设备更换为变频驱动电机,为了保障机组的安全稳定运行,要求辅机变频器具有更高的可靠性。本文分析了某电厂引风机变频器故障频发的问题,探讨了故障产生的原因,对变频器厂家进一步改进设计具有一定的参考意义,同时,对各电厂辅机变频器的故障排查也有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:With the improvement of energy conservation and environmental protection, more and more auxiliary equipment have been replaced by converter motor in power plants. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the units, the auxiliary machine inverters are required to have high reliability. The paper analyzes the frequent failure of the inverter of a power plant, discusses the causes of these faults, and has certain reference significance for the further improvement of the inverter manufacturer design.
