Abstract：Dinghai district Jintang town in the Zhoushan City of Zhejiang province where is the Dinghai industrial town and known as the township of China screw. With the rapid development of the local economy, the demand for electricity surges and the wattless distribution network increased significantly which result the distribution network voltage fluctuations and produce serious harm for the safety of the power grid and electrical equipment. In this paper, the author analysis the cause of no power gap distribution in JinTang area and put forward the corresponding technical measures in accordance with local conditions.
