Abstract:According to the needs of heliostats cleaning in the solar tower thermal power tower plant, the factors of the main soiling,the dust form and influence on the operation of solar plant is analyzed. Referring to the existing design and operation experience of similar thermal plant abroad and comparing the cleaning technology of the on-mirror robot, the mobile heliostat cleaning device is designed. Considering the operating environment of heliostats’ cleaning, the cleaning device based on the vehicle walking system with high departure angle, equips spray cleaning and brush scrubbing with negative-pressure dust collection, designs field control system and the single device control equipment, and designs three kinds of cleaning mode according to different cleaning conditions, then completes the cleanliness test, which provides important guarantee for the normal operation and maintenance of the heliostats and high efficiency running of the solar power plant.
