摘要 本文介绍了特高压换流变压器MR分接开关调档原理及闭锁逻辑。针对一起换流变压器分接开关档位不一致故障,深度解剖此次故障的原因,对暴露出的问题进行分析探讨,提出将分接开关油室温度上传至监控后台并增加预警、历史数据查询的方案,为换流变压器分接开关后续设计及运行维护提供参考。

Abstract:The shift principle and locking logic of MR tap switch in ultra high voltage (UHV) converter transformer is introduced in this paper. In view of a converter transformer tap switch inconsistent fault, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the fault, analyzes and discusses the exposed problems, and puts forward the scheme of uploading the tap switch oil chamber temperature to the monitoring background and adding early warning and historical data query. It provides a reference for the follow-up design and operation maintenance of converter transformer tap switch.
