Abstract:The distortion of excitation current and the increase of harmonic content in the DC disturbance state of power transformer cause the vibration of internal components to increase, which seriously endangers the safe and stable operation of the transformer. In this paper, the changes of winding current, excitation current and vibration acceleration under DC disturbance of transformer are studied. The electromagnetic-vibration model of transformer is established, and the mechanism of mechanical vibration is analyzed. Based on the transformer electromagnetic-mechanical sequential coupling algorithm, the winding current, excitation current and electromagnetic force vibration under different DC disturbance states are simulated and analyzed. The dynamic model test platform is set up to measure winding current, excitation current and vibration acceleration. Finally, the mapping relationship of electromagnetic-vibration parameters under DC disturbance of transformer is established. The non-measurable changes of electrical parameters are characterized by measurable electrical parameters, which provides assistant decision-making means for transformer DC disturbance problems.
