Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, high labor cost, poor real-time performance and difficult to be fully covered in the sampling inspection of smart meters, an online error estimation method of smart meters based on improved dynamic line loss estimation is proposed. First, considering the influence of load type on line loss estimation, the dynamic line loss estimation model is improved to make the error estimation obtained by the model closer to the real value. Then, the recursive least square method with forgetting factor is used to solve the improved dynamic line loss model, and the error estimation results of smart meter are obtained. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the data of smart meter in the actual distribution station area. The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of the proposed method is better than that of the fixed line loss model and the dynamic line loss model.
