Abstract:Power supply and storage capacity is the maximum amount that local autonomous area supply and storage power to the outside in active distribution network. Confidential power supply and storage capacity is a random variable of power supply and storage capacity. The study of confidential supply and storage capacity has an important impact on the operation status of the distribution network. This paper proposes an algorithm for calculating the confidential power supply and storage capacity of local autonomous areas of active distribution networks. Firstly, the probability density function of the confidential power supply and storage capacity is expressed by the two-point estimation method, then the active distribution network is planned, and the rated power and capacity of the energy storage system are obtained by using the tabu search-particle swarm optimization (TS-PSO) algorithm to obtain the range of the confidential power supply and storage capacity at a certain confidence level. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
