Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low flexibility and high cost in traditional motor controller test scheme, this paper proposes a hardware-in-loop simulation test method for motor simulator. This method uses power converter to simulate the electrical characteristics of the motor. The semi-physical simulation of the motor based on OPAL-RT power electronic solver can better simulate the electrical characteristics of the motor and solve the problem of motor power device simulation without real motor. The simulation result shows that the motor simulator can well track the running current of the motor and simulate the running state of the motor.
