Abstract:This article focuses on the increasingly widespread practical needs of AC/DC hybrid electricity systems in various scenarios such as space launching, satellite measurement and control. In order to meet the needs of the performance debugging and operational status evaluation of AC/DC hybrid electricity systems, reliably ensure the stable operation of key systems for space launching and satellite measurement and control, a 14 channel high-precision and gapless AC/DC electricity monitoring system is developed by using digital signal processing (DSP) technology. The application of this monitoring system in performance test of excitation generator sets, test of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) battery discharge, and the electromechanical performance test of high-precision measurement and control equipment DC servo system shows that it can improve accuracy of the performance testing of generator sets, reduce the risks of traditional testing methods, and help to discover hidden operational defects in the mechanical systems of satellite measurement and control equipment through deep data analysis.
