摘要 输电线路故障是电力系统中出现较频繁的故障,研究直流输电线路故障特性和故障恢复策略对保证电网的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。本文介绍与直流故障重启动有关的直流保护类型和功能,然后给出在PSS/E软件中准确模拟直流故障特性和实现重启动功能的具体方法,最后将仿真结果与某工程实时数字仿真(RTDS)联调试验做比对,验证该直流接地故障模拟方法在机电暂态仿真中的可行性和准确性。

Abstract:Transmission line faults are frequent faults in the power system. It is of great significance to study the fault characteristics and recovery strategies of DC transmission lines to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid. This article introduces the types and functions of DC protection related to DC fault restart, and provides specific methods for accurately simulating DC fault characteristics and realizing restart function in PSS/E software. Finally, the simulation results are compared with real-time digital simulation (RTDS) joint debugging tests of a certain project to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the DC grounding fault simulation method in electromechanical transient simulation.
