Abstract:Electronic control units of electric vehicles are dormant when charging, except for the battery management system (BMS). BMS goes dormant after charging to ensure the vehicle power consumption. But the wake-up signal of the charging pile is continuously connected to BMS through the unplugged charging gun, causing BMS dormancy failure. Therefore, this paper uses a switching circuit to wake up the BMS when it first receives a wake-up signal from the charging gun, and then reset the wake-up signal to enable the BMS to enter dormant mode after charging, without affecting the wake-up of the BMS by other wake-up sources. Thus the dark current of the entire vehicle after charging is reduced, and the customer experience is optimized.
