Abstract:The peak regulation resources of Anhui power grid have been optimized through market-oriented mechanisms, especially the design of peak regulation market transaction varieties and transaction organization procedures that suitable for the actual situation in Anhui. These designs include a pricing mechanism that takes into account both frequency modulation and peak regulation, a calling mechanism that takes into account both economy and environmental protection, and a sharing mechanism that takes into account both the entire network and local areas. After a trial run, the Anhui power peak regulation auxiliary service market has successfully mobilized power generation enterprises to participate in peak regulation, effectively alleviated the pressure on Anhui power grid, and played an important role in the full consumption of new energy. Market-oriented mechanisms are an effective way to optimize the allocation of power grid peak regulation resources.
