摘要 调度自动化对“四遥(遥信、遥测、遥控及遥调)”信息的可靠性和准确度的要求极高,及时发现并消除“四遥”异常情况,对确保电网的安全、优质、稳定运行起到了关键性作用。本文结合近年调度自动化系统运行和维护实际情况,从“四遥”异常现象入手,研究分析异常原因,并提出针对性的处理措施。

Abstract:Dispatching automation system requires “Four remote(Remote signals, Telemetry, Remote control and Remote adjustment)” information to have a high reliability and accuracy. Timely discovering problems and taking measures could ensure the power grid operating safely and qualitily and stablely. In this paper, in combination with the dispatching automation system operation and maintenance of the actual situation, starting from the “Four remote” abnormal phenomenon, research and analysis of abnormal causes, and puts forward the corresponding treatment measures.
