Abstract:The development of power quality terminal based on IEC61850 and integrated with SAS seamlessly are the trend of power quality monitoring system, but also the requirement of the new generation of smart substation. Based on practical application, a unified modeling method is presented. This method extends the IEC61850 model related to power quality and provides a normative definition of functions, syntax, semantics and optional parameters.
